HYPNOBIRTHING COURSE

KG Hypnobirthing course is a full antenatal course that prepares you and your birth partner for a calm, positive and natural birth. It focuses on educating and reminding women and their birth companions of how their bodies were designed for the birthing process. Through the reinforcement of proven and tested techniques and a deep discussion of all the essential knowledge about labour and birth, KG Hypnobirthing helps to give mothers control over their birth.

BREASTFEEDING CONSULTATION

Breastfeeding is an amazing and rewarding experience, however, for some mummies and babies it takes a little more practice and guidance. We can assist you in starting your breastfeeding journey off right and with a personalised, holistic and evidence-based approach to ensure you and your baby thrive from the start, including assessing and treating anquiloglosia (tongue tie).
